The quality management system of Bergolin/TMP Tenax Marine Paints Vertriebs GmbH was re-certified successfully by the See-Berufsgenossenschaft in October 2009.
We therefore fulfil already since 1999 the requirements of the quality assurance “production” in accordance with the guideline 96/98/EG over ship equipment.
It is aim of the guideline to guarantee the free traffic of the ship equipments at compliance with a similar safety standard within the European community. The safety at sea and the protection from sea pollutions shall be improved.
Ship equipment which has been certified by a named examining and certification organisation like the See-Berufsgenossenschaft may be used without renewed examination on any ship which stocks the flag of an EU member state.
