Clutches and brake discs develop high temperatures during operation. The 1-component EP system, available in solvent-based or water-dilutable versions, pigmented or as a zinc dust system, is perfectly adapted for these conditions.
PUR systems from Bergolin are characterized by durable, colourfast surfaces with high light and UV stability. They are adjusted to meet the required degree of elasticity and, for example, adapted as an IMC system for foamed parts for the respective processing method. Bergolin PUR coatings are available as 2- and 1-component systems, each in water-dilutable and solvent-based versions for coating various interior and exterior parts such as hubcaps, trim, airbag caps and steering wheels as well as for weatherproof, mechanically resistant coatings for roof racks.
UV-cured systems are available for various subsurfaces and are used, for example, for fast-drying coating of side mirrors and brake drums.
The alkyd resin system available in both water-dilutable and solvent-based versions provides an extremely lasting and robust coating to chassis components, engine blocks and gearboxes.
